We will continue to monitor the situation around COVID-19 and will be in touch with all registered participants at the end of November with a final update on the Annual Meeting.
Women in QuakeCoRE & Wellness Sessions
We are pleased to announce that both the Women in QuakeCoRE dinner and the wellness sessions will be taking place. If you are interested in one of more of these events, please submit an expression of interest via the following form: Submit Expression of Interest
Given the new dates, even if you registered for the Women in QuakeCoRE Dinner or wellness sessions in September, you will need to complete the above form to submit an expression of interest for the December events.
Workshops
If you had registered to attend one or more of the aligned workshops, we will be in touch shortly with additional information on places
Posters
All posters that were accepted for our September meeting have been automatically included in the December meeting; we are not able to accept new posters. It will not be possible to make any changes to poster abstracts or to add new posters.
Not Attending
If you plans have changed and you will not be attending the Annual Meeting, please let us know via email so that we can assign your place to someone on the waiting list.
