2020 Annual Meeting FAQs

Given the current uncertainty with the COVID-19 Alert Levels, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the Annual Meeting until the week of the 7th December. We are working to confirm the details of the new programme, and updates will be available here, however our current plan is as follows:
- Monday 7th December and Tuesday 8th December: Aligned Workshops
- Tuesday 8th December (evening): Welcome Reception
- Wednesday 9th December: Plenary Sessions & QuakeCoRE Dinner
- Thursday 10th December: Plenary Sessions & Meeting Close at 3:30 PM
If circumstances prevent us from holding the meeting in December we would not further delay the Annual Meeting, but instead look to move the meeting online.
Next Steps
We will be in touch next week to ask you to confirm whether you would like to move your registration from the September dates to the December dates, this will include workshop registrations. You will need to make any necessary changes to your travel arrangements, including your hotel booking directly. Please use the new booking code #582950 when updating your reservation at the Rutherford Hotel.
